You don’t need to reinvent the wheel. My clients use this simple 3-step system to get clear, get strategic, and get the right people in the door.

1. Define the Role With Purpose

Before you post a job, you need to know exactly why you’re hiring.

Ask yourself:

  • What’s not getting done right now that’s holding the business back?


  • What kind of support will actually move the needle?

Once you have that clarity, you can:

  • Create a role that actually solves the problem


  • Write a job description that attracts the right person

  • Avoid wasting time on “maybe” hires

2. Attract and Evaluate Strategically

Don't settle for whoever shows up.
